Judy Devereaux joined Lakeside Bank in January 2025, bringing over 35 years of experience in community banking. Raised in Mount Prospect, she attended John Jay Elementary School, Dempster Junior High, River Trails Middle School, and graduated from John Hersey High School before beginning her college studies at William Rainey Harper College. Active in dance and Poms throughout high school and college, Judy originally aspired to become a dance coach and high school math algebra teacher.

While attending college, she accepted a position at a local community bank because it “sounded like a fun place to work,” and quickly discovered her passion for banking. She advanced rapidly, starting on the teller line and working her way through roles in the loan department as an insurance coordinator, then on to the investment department, investment services, personal banking, and branch management. Her greatest professional joy comes from helping customers budget their finances and reach their financial goals.

Judy and her husband Pat are most proud of raising their twins, one a star dancer and the other a dedicated soccer player, while she has continued to dedicate her career to serving the Mount Prospect community she has always called home.
