Michael Fogarty

Mentored … and mentoring. That’s Mike Fogarty. Mike’s been a Lakesider since 2014 and is one of our senior commercial loan officers. And he’s quite a unique loan officer. Read on!

Mike knows how important it is for us to look out for one another. Mike was an Evans Scholar. For those who don’t know the Evans Scholar program, it’s quite an honor. Since 1930, the foundation has helped highly deserving young golf caddies with financial need go to college. There are rigorous requirements. Mike won a four-year scholarship to Marquette University, graduating with a BS in Finance in 2004.

At Marquette, Mike had a professor who was also a Senior Lender for Port Washington State Bank in Wisconsin. This professor opened Mike’s eyes to how commercial banking could help people and businesses. Mike also “shadowed” the visiting professor professionally … and Mike’s love of banking was sealed. Mike understands the powerful impact the right banking relationship can have. He’s known for how carefully he evaluates opportunities and builds relationships. It’s Mike’s “emotional intelligence” tempered with financial acumen and a desire to see projects move forward and dreams realized.

Mike began his banking career at Pullman Bank (now US Bank) out of college. He joined Lakeside ten years later in 2014 and has been a Lakesider ever since. He has both credit and origination / relationship management experience.

Mike, his wife Jessica, and daughter Hannah live in the southwest suburbs. And yes, Mike still loves to golf.

Diana Neumann

Diana knows Banking! With 30+yrs of experience including Teller, Banker, Call Center, Operations, and Branch Management … Diana really knows Banking!

Each position helped her grow both professionally and personally, providing a well-rounded understanding of the banking industry and the importance of building strong relationships with customers and communities.

Outside of work, Diana is a proud mom of three and a grandmother of six! She loves spending time with her family and making memories with her grandchildren.

Diana’s experience, empathy for people, and her relationship focused approach to banking, is a precise match for Lakeside’s philosophy!

Michelle Greenwood
Vice President, Treasury Management Officer

Michelle Greenwood has done it all. She began her 25 year banking career in retail, with experience at every level … advancing from teller, Banker, Branch Manager to District Manager. Transitioning to Treasury Management, Michelle partnered closely with commercial lenders to onboard and grow clients, focusing on making client processes more efficient and user friendly.

Michelle serves as a Trustee on the Plainfield School District Foundation for Excellence board and as a Trustee on the Plainfield Park District Foundation. She’s lived in the Plainfield / Shorewood area since 2001. Married, she has two daughters, and two dogs. All of whom keep her busy! Michelle is based at our Naperville branch.

Todd Probasco
Vice President & Group Lead, Residential Mortgage Lending

Third base is called the “hot corner”. The ball comes at you hard & fast and you have to move faster. And then there are instant decisions to make. Do you make the long throw to first? Do you have time to cut down the runner sliding in at second to turn a DP?

Todd Probasco was a third baseman. And dealt successfully with those constant challenges.

Third base is a great analogy for how Todd has approached his twenty-year career in the mortgage industry. He’s always assessing the field and finding ways to help his clients. With impressive speed and accuracy.

He’s been on the banking and the broker side of the mortgage business so he knows exactly how things work. In fact, he won the 2005 Illinois Mortgage Broker of the Year award!Todd joined Lakeside in 2017 to lead our team of Mortgage Loan Consultants … as well as continuing to help his own clients!
