Raymond M. Chin

Raymond is the Founder of R.M. Chin & Associates. Inc. (RMCA), a Chicago based professional service firm specializing in Owner’s Representation, Program and Project management, and Construction Management. He has a Bachelor’s Degree is Civil & Structural Engineering from UIC and is a licensed engineer in the state of Illinois.

Ray has served as Development Executive for major projects throughout the Chicago area, including the Oakbrook Terrace Tower and The Chicago Bar Association Headquarters. He oversaw design, construction, and commissioning for projects such as O’Hare International Airport Terminal Five and the Lincoln Park Zoo Mammal/Reptile Pavilion. He is a Life Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Director of Choose Chicago, After School Matters, and the Chinese American Service League.

Ray has served on the Board of Directors at Lakeside since 1994.
