The Coronavirus is a challenge to us individually and to society. We will face this test together and emerge stronger for it.
Recommendations to help contain the disease include common sense measures like frequent hand washing, avoiding touching your face, using hand sanitizer and minimizing exposure through ‘social distancing’. The CDC address follows; they provide constantly updated information. https://www.cdc.gov
As the medical professionals have told us though, to truly help burn Covid-19 out, ‘self-isolation’ or ‘self-quarantine’ is the strongest possible action.
To protect our colleagues and our clients, and to contribute to eliminating the disease, Lakeside Bank will immediately implement “social distancing” practices effective Tuesday, March 17.
We will reassess the following procedures weekly and provide updates:
*Effective Tuesday, all Lakeside branch lobbies will be closed.
*The only exception is our Board of Trade branch at 141 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 130-A, Chicago, IL 60604. Effective Thursday, March 26, that lobby is open from 8am to 4pm weekdays.
*Effective Thursday, March 26, all drive-throughs will be open from 9am to 5pm weekdays and 9am to 1pm Saturdays. You can do virtually anything at a Lakeside drive through that you could do in a branch!
*All Lakeside departments and professionals remain available via phone, email and text. Select staff are in the office; the majority of us are working remotely. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your Lakeside Banker for anything you need. Although there may be slight time delays, we are committed to providing all normal services.
