Free Condo Assocation And Board Training Workshop At Lakeside Bank
Lakeside Bank is pleased to partner with Lakeside (no relation to Lakeside Bank) Community Development Corporation (CDC) to offer a FREE Condo Association and Board Training workshop on Tuesday, August 28th, 6-9 pm at Lakeside Bank, 1055 W. Roosevelt Road.
The comprehensive workshop will be presented by Lakeside CDC, a nonprofit housing agency, and is geared for condominium association leaders and owners. The workshop will cover a range of key topics, including:
- How to elect a board, establish responsibilities, and conduct regular meetings
- How to create maintenance plans and the pos and cons of utilizing an outside management company
- An explanation of owners/renters responsibilities, assessments, non-collection issues, fair housing laws, and other important rules and regulations
