The Lakeside Bank Executive Committee works closely with our Board of Directors to develop and execute the Bank’s business plan as an established, independent, locally owned, community bank. The Executive Committee monitors and guides the bank’s operations to assure that daily operations are effective, deposit and loan products meet the needs of the Bank’s customers and the level of customer service remains exemplary.

Victor J. Cacciatore
Victor is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Lakeside Bank. Victor was elected to the Board of Directors at Lakeside Bank in 1976 and eventually led a purchasing group whereupon he became Chairman and CEO of Lakeside Bank in 1993. Victor is an entrepreneur and is also Chairman of the Board for Jos. Cacciatore & Co., Elgin Sweeping Services, Hunter Alliance Corp., and Hunter Parking Group. Victor is also a recognized philanthropist raising funds for many charities including DePaul University, Old St. Patrick’s Church and Mount Carmel High School. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Chicago Real Estate Board, Justinian Society of Lawyers (Past President), and trustee of DePaul University since 1973. Victor is also a proud father of 10, and grandfather of 18.
Donald D. Anderson
Don was recently appointed President of Lakeside Bank. Prior to becoming President, Don served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Having been in the banking industry for over 38 years, Don brings a wealth of experience to the Bank. Having served in various audit, compliance, operational, and executive capacities including the office of President for another financial institution, his career has provided him the opportunity to manage all aspects of banking financial services. With his tireless work ethic and commitment to Lakeside Bank, Don proves he is a leader by example. He continues to promote Lakeside Bank as a sound, well capitalized bank that offers a wide range of commercial banking products while still providing exceptional banking services to the neighborhoods it serves. Don has an MBA in accounting from DePaul University and serves on the Board of Pacific Garden Mission.
Vincent Tolve
Vince is an Executive Vice President at Lakeside Bank and serves as the bank's general counsel and trust officer. Prior to joining the Bank in 1993, Vince practiced law and taught at Roosevelt University. He is former President and current member of the Board of Directors of the Land Trust Council of Illinois. He heads the Bank's legal and trust repayments and holds degrees from the College at The University of Chicago and the University of Michigan Law School.
Stan J. Bochnowski
Stan serves as an Executive Vice President at Lakeside Bank and a member of the executive committee. Stan is a Senior Lending Officer who has been with Lakeside Bank since 1983. Stan has a Bachelors degree from Purdue University and is a member of the Chicago Board of Realtors, Chicago Home Builders Association, Illinois Mortgage Banker Association, a Director of the Hong Kong Club and the Director of the Asian American Alliance.
Phillip D. Cacciatore
Phillip serves as Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman for Lakeside Bank and a member of the executive committee. Phil has been with the bank since 1993. During his part time work at Lakeside, Phil graduated with a BS at DePaul University in 1994 and a JD degree in 1999 from DePaul University.
Todd Monte
Todd Monte joined Lakeside Bank in March 1996 to lead the bank’s internal audit function. Over the past several years, he has performed a wide range of responsibilities to assist in the effective administration of Lakeside Bank. He was appointed to the Bank’s Executive Committee in October 2000. Today, he oversees the Bank’s lockbox, loan operations, payment processing, information systems, and compliance functions, as well as serving as the bank's CFO. He possesses undergraduate and graduate degrees from DePaul University and has over fifteen years of banking experience.
David V. Pinkerton
David serves as an Executive Vice President at Lakeside Bank and a member of the executive committee. David is a Senior Lending Officer and is focused on business development and real estate lending at Lakeside Bank. His banking experience has all come from Lakeside, starting his career here in 1989. David came to the bank after earning his BS and MBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is active in various community organizations including Concordia Avondale Campus, which provides affordable child-care services to low income families.
